COMMUNITIES WE SERVE
COMMUNITIES WE SERVE
We serve in the communities of Asuoyaa and Betom. We also have a Women’s Development Center in Koforidua.
PROGRAM HISTORY
ANIDA Ghana was founded on March 7, 1997. Since then, we’ve established the Hope for Tomorrow Child Sponsorship Program in 1998, the All Nations University in 2001 and the Women’s Development Center in 2004. The Women’s Development Center added the School of Aesthetics in 2011.
WHAT DOES THE FUTURE ENTAIL?
As part of our development plan, we will continue to collaborate with community leaders in Asuoyaa and Betom to understand the underlying issues leading to poverty in these communities. Additionally, we are working to improve the education infrastructure while increasing community access to education. ANIDA is also working to provide children in the community with the support they need to stay in school. We are also working hard to provide clean drinking water to the residents of Asuoyaa.
